Hey friends ❤ I’m finally back with a makeup review post! Maxfactor (a brand you know I love) are launching two new products at the end of this month and I’m here to give you my take on them.
I’m going to start with my favourite – the ‘Colour Elixir Honey Lacquer’. This is a 3 in 1 product which has the the intense colour of a lipstick, the shine of a gloss and the soft feel of a balm. It’s VERY pigmented, with one swipe you’ll get an opaque even layer. The only thing you need to know is that it is not transfer-proof. I had a bite to eat while I had it on and ended up looking like a glammed up clown.
Next is the ‘creme bronzer’ which has multi tonal shades meant to blend perfectly with your skin tone. I must say that it did blend really well and the colour is beautiful. The only thing is that it’s quite shiny which I don’t really like in a bronzer. I think it would be great for summer for that glowy bronzed look, but not ideal for winter.
The ‘Eyefinity Smokey Eye Pencil’ is your basic black eyeliner pencil. It’s very creamy so it’s really easy to blend ❤
