Arad facial Mud mask

‘Arad’ is a natural skin care brand sourced from the Dead sea, the deepest hypersaline lake in the world. I’ve been given a few of their products to try out so you’ll see a number of reviews coming up within the next few months 🙂

Being obsessed with face masks, the first product I tried was the  dead sea facial mud mask. The dead sea has 26 essential minerals of which 12 do not exist in any other body of water in the world. That alone, got me very excited about the mask!

The mask, which is rich in all of these 26 dead sea minerals, is good for absorbing excess oils, removing dead skin cells and unblocking clogged pores. It stimulates the skin cells to drink the natural rich humectants it offers giving your skin a glowing fresh look.

Before applying the mask, I first wash my face and then dry it completely to make sure no water remains. I then apply a thin layer of the mask all over my face. The mask itself is very thin and spreads easily. I leave the mask on for around 15 minutes and then use luke warm water to remove it. I like that it comes off very easily, so you and your bathroom floor won’t literally get soaked to remove the mask completely. 

I can definitely say the mask leaves your skin amazingly soft and i’m so eager to start using it regularly. Having normal/combination skin, it is only suggested to use the mask 3-4 times a month. If your skin is more oily, you can use it up to twice a week.
